AI Data Annotators – Native Japanese, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Examine SMS and email communications in spreadsheets and categorize each message according to predefined annotation standards.

• Accurately and consistently apply labels while upholding high-quality benchmarks.

• Process roughly 2,500 messages daily, achieving productivity and quality goals.

• Recognize ambiguous or edge-case instances and escalate them when necessary.

• Engage in regular team calibration meetings and peer evaluations, spending about 10% of work time on these activities.

• Adhere to project documentation, workflows, and data management protocols.

• Proactively communicate with the project team regarding inquiries, issues, or requests for guideline clarifications.

• Generate high-quality training data for machine learning systems utilized in fraud and scam detection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese or French, both spoken and written.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Ability to work within EMEA or USA time zones.

• Exceptional reading comprehension of colloquial expressions, slang, abbreviations, and regional dialects.

• Keen attention to detail and the capability to make precise, consistent decisions based on detailed guidelines.

• Comfortable handling large quantities of repetitive data while ensuring accuracy.

• Ability to meet deadlines and fulfill daily productivity objectives.

• Willingness to review scam attempts, offensive language, profanity, or other sensitive content.

• Proficient in using spreadsheet applications.

• Previous experience in data annotation, content moderation, data labeling, quality assurance, or linguistic projects is a plus.

• Experience with AI or machine learning data annotation projects is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to identify patterns and spot inconsistencies in data.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset within an international remote team.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to detailed instructions.
