Data Enrichment Specialist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Review and confirm the accuracy of account records.

• Ensure that company websites are operational and linked to the correct businesses.

• Validate business phone numbers, mailing addresses, and other contact details.

• Investigate companies with outdated or inactive websites to gather current information.

• Identify and document every change or addition made to each record.

• Keep organized and precise spreadsheets, delivering completed work in a clean CSV format.

• Adhere to established workflows while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.

• Approximately 5,000 company records need to be reviewed (not every record will necessitate updates).

• Conduct an initial quality assurance batch of 200–500 records before scaling up.

• The project is set for three months, with work assigned in phases.

• There is an opportunity for additional hours based on the pace and quality of the project.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience in conducting online research and validating business information.

• Strong written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, including filtering, sorting, and maintaining clean data.

• Ability to work independently once processes are established.

• Highly organized with the capability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

• Previous experience in data enrichment, lead research, CRM cleanup, or data quality projects.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and business directory research.

• Experience handling CSV files and large datasets.

• Experience supporting B2B sales or operations teams.
