Data Engineer – Modeling, Pricing, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Execute clustering using the information available in the database.

• Validate the results with business teams and assess the integration of business rules to enhance the proposed solution.

• Define and develop new predictive models for churn within established deadlines.

• Identify twins for the profiles identified in the initial phase.

• Conduct Speech Analytics to extract actionable events.

• Document all analyses and processes developed.

• Create and present reports detailing the results and the most significant insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in Modeling, Pricing, or CRM areas.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Experience with Python and Databricks.

• Demonstrated experience in building machine learning models, particularly supervised ones (methodology, hyperparameter tuning, performance, etc.).

• Familiarity with algorithms such as KNN, K-means, etc.

• Residency in Spain: essential.

• Experience in the insurance sector.

• Knowledge of agile methodology.

• Understanding of Linux, bash, and crontab.

• Experience with SparkML.

• Proficiency with Deep Learning libraries.

• High level of English proficiency.
