This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Coordinate the activities of a team of 14 Data Architects DevSecOps.
• Serve as a liaison between the Technical Lead of Engagement, architects, various entities, and technology teams.
• Allocate workloads and resources based on priorities, capacity, and business needs.
• Monitor objectives, deliverables, and commitments.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockages.
• Manage relationships with different entities and countries.
• Ensure consistent attention and follow-up on needs and new demands.
• Ensure compliance with reference architectures and corporate standards.
• Coordinate reviews and track architectural deviations and risks.
• Collaborate in demand management, capacity planning, and initiative prioritization.
• Promote best practices in Data Architecture, DataOps, and DevSecOps.
• Disseminate standards and encourage continuous service improvement.
• Coordinate team participation in initiatives with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure alignment of supplier and partner proposals with corporate standards.
• More than 8 years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Technology Platforms environments.
• At least 5 years of experience coordinating technical or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in demand management, planning, and coordination of multiple stakeholders in complex, distributed, or multinational environments.
• Solid knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Platforms, Data Engineering, and corporate analytical ecosystems.
• Familiarity with DataOps and DevSecOps, Data Governance, security, observability, and platform monitoring.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Understanding of demand management and technology portfolio management.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams, manage priorities, and resolve conflicts.
• Effective communication with technical and business profiles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is valued.
• Experience coordinating architecture teams or technical communities is valued.
• Practical experience with DataOps and DevSecOps frameworks is valued.
• Experience in AWS or Azure environments is valued.
