Data Cleansing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, standardize, and improve material master data records in accordance with company SOPs.

• Manage daily output based on the complexity of the assigned projects and customers.

• Effectively balance time between analysis, data cleansing, and research to ensure both efficiency and accuracy.

• Regularly communicate with team members to address issues and maintain alignment.

• Take responsibility for your work, recognize challenges, and actively seek assistance or training when necessary.

• Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.

• Adopt a customer-centric approach and respond promptly to requests and inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in data entry, cleansing, or similar fields.

• Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with industrial spare parts is advantageous.

• Multilingual skills are a plus.

• Comfortable with prolonged periods of computer use and screen exposure.
