• Create global service product offerings for data centers, ensuring they are relevant to the market, feasible for delivery, and profitable.

• Guide cross-functional teams in the joint development of new products, securing support from regional data center consulting teams.

• Oversee and define products throughout the entire Product Management lifecycle.

• Collaborate with the internal Technology team to create tools and platforms that support the delivery of data center products.

• Develop templates and tools that facilitate product sales, consultant training, and service delivery.

• Promote the global adoption of data center service products and nurture stakeholder relationships.

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the data center, digital infrastructure, or real estate services sector.

• Proven track record in productizing or scaling professional services.

• Experience overseeing multi-regional or global programs across AMER, EMEA, and/or APAC.

• Extensive understanding of data center market dynamics.

• Strong commercial insight.

• Background in M&A analysis, partnership development, or vendor evaluation within a professional services framework.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business, or Technology; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
