This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gather, organize, and maintain data sourced from various channels, such as surveys, research studies, and program evaluations.
• Cleanse and validate data to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
• Support the creation and implementation of data collection tools and systems.
• Perform data entry and oversee databases to ensure the integrity of data.
• Work collaboratively with team members to analyze data and deliver insights for informed strategic decision-making.
• Keep abreast of best practices in data management and promote data-driven methodologies within the organization.
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or statistical software).
• Keen attention to detail and capability to handle large datasets.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and advocacy efforts is preferred.
