📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and upkeep of Change Management tools and infrastructure.

• Take ownership of the Work Authority Documentation (WAD) Program Change Review Board (PCRB) tools and database infrastructure.

• Manage requirements, process flows, software design, database design, tool utilization, and documentation of training materials.

• Facilitate and assist program teams in utilizing Change Management tools effectively.

• Act as a key stakeholder within the segment, shaping the development of company-wide Change Management tools in the future.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree coupled with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Program Management, or related fields; Alternatively, a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; Or, in the absence of a degree, at least 8 years of pertinent experience.

• Expertise in Microsoft Access databases and customization of MS Office software.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining custom user interfaces (UI).

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Demonstrated experience in generating and documenting comprehensive system requirements.

• Strong skills in programmatic Change Management.

• Solid business and financial understanding.

• Experience in delivering and instructing tool training materials.
