This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.
• Assist in managing data systems to ensure precision, uniformity, and adherence to funding and regulatory standards.
• Gather and evaluate program data to guide decision-making, enhance performance, and illustrate results.
• Generate regular and on-demand reports for internal stakeholders, funders, and partners.
• Aid program staff in upholding data integrity and comprehending reporting obligations.
• Lead or participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, which includes creating tools and processes to track progress toward objectives.
• Work alongside the Administrative Director and program leaders to identify trends, improve systems, and maximize program effectiveness.
• Assist teams across the state in learning, accessing, and utilizing Pathways platforms and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in data management, social sciences, public administration, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be taken into account.
• Background in data analysis, reporting, grants management, or program evaluation (experience in a nonprofit or human services environment is preferred).
• High proficiency with data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, HMIS, or comparable databases).
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven capability to distill data into clear, actionable insights and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, mission-oriented setting.
