• Perform regular reconciliation of invoicing for interstate and removalist partners.

• Ensure that removalist jobs are scheduled efficiently and operate without issues.

• Handle retail and commercial bookings, which include new reservations and re-deliveries.

• Keep precise records for both existing and new customers utilizing TAXIBOX systems.

• Aid in processing customer payments, including monthly storage charges, insurance, and packing materials.

• Spot opportunities to minimize errors and enhance efficiency in the interstate operations.

• Conduct daily error checks to uphold high standards of data accuracy across all platforms.

• Observe and track customer feedback across major review sites.

• Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage oneself in a remote setting.
