This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous enhancement of Snowflake as the primary data and Management Information (MI) platform.
• Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to design, construct, and sustain Snowflake data models and pipelines.
• Ensure that Snowflake adequately addresses operational, client, and programme MI requirements across all services.
• Establish standards for data structures, usage, and performance throughout Snowflake environments.
• Design and implement scalable MI and analytics solutions that facilitate operational performance and transformation outcomes.
• Convert operational and business needs into Snowflake-based data products and dashboards.
• Create reusable, scalable data products that align with common operational metrics and KPIs.
• Foster data-driven decision-making among frontline staff, operational leadership, and executive audiences.
• Utilize analytical and statistical methods to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and performance insights across contact center and back-office operations.
• Clearly communicate insights through visual representations and narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Transformation, PMO, and Technology teams to synchronize data delivery with programme priorities.
• Support agile and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) delivery methodologies for data and MI products.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of data across MI delivered by Snowflake.
• Implement appropriate data governance, security, and ethical standards.
• Robust, hands-on experience in delivering and utilizing Snowflake within operational settings.
• Demonstrated experience in providing management information and analytics at scale.
• Proficient SQL skills and experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience in translating operational needs into effective data and MI solutions.
• Ability to work across data engineering, analytics, and operational stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in contact center or large-scale operational environments (desirable).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and MI platforms (desirable).
• Exposure to data science techniques, automation, or advanced analytics (desirable).
• Experience in transformation programmes or complex delivery environments (desirable).
