Data and AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Analyze enterprise data sourced from Workday and various business systems.

• Extract, clean, and analyze data utilizing SQL and Python.

• Collaborate with business teams to comprehend data and reporting requirements.

• Create dashboards and reports to provide business and operational insights.

• Identify opportunities for improving business processes through Generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent data processing.

• Design and develop data pipelines that integrate Workday and enterprise data into analytics and reporting systems.

• Construct AI workflows for tasks such as summarization, classification, and information extraction.

• Link AI applications with enterprise data sources and APIs.

• Assist in data validation, quality assurance checks, and reporting processes.

• Document data processes, AI solutions, and technical specifications.

• Perform additional duties as assigned or delegated by management.

• Experience in analyzing enterprise data from Workday and various business systems.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis.

• Capability to collaborate with business teams to identify data and reporting needs.

• Experience in building dashboards and reports.

• Ability to recognize opportunities for business process improvements using Generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent data processing.

• Competence in designing and developing data pipelines that integrate Workday and enterprise data into analytics and reporting systems.

• Skill in building AI workflows for summarization, classification, and information extraction.

• Proficiency in connecting AI applications with enterprise data sources and APIs.

• Ability to support data validation, quality checks, and reporting processes.

• Capability to document data processes, AI solutions, and technical specifications.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
