• Strong foundation in AI/ML solutions and predictive analytics

• Background in data warehousing and modernization of ETL/ELT processes

• Proficient in business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau

• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS

• Proficiency in real-time and batch data processing frameworks

• Extensive leadership experience in guiding and mentoring cross-functional teams

• Capability to provide actionable insights and drive enterprise data transformation

• Experience in designing and delivering analytics and data engineering solutions

• Skilled in building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines within contemporary lakehouse architectures

• Hands-on experience in implementing secure, high-performance cloud data solutions

• Commitment to data quality, governance, lineage, observability, and CI/CD practices

• Advanced understanding of Databricks features including Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog, and performance tuning of distributed Spark workloads

• Experience in mentoring engineering teams and establishing best practices
