• Conducting data mining and analyzing both structured and unstructured data related to claims, policy, and payment activities to address complex business issues using advanced methodologies and leveraging state-of-the-art technology.

• Emphasizing automation and employing technology to deliver repeatable reporting solutions, fostering a self-service culture among business partners.

• Establishing a robust network of peers and mentors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, data science, statistics, operations research, or another analytical or technical field.

• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.

• Strong analytical skills along with effective verbal and written communication abilities for non-technical audiences.

• Experience with Rational Database Management System (RDBMS) technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Greenplum, Oracle).

• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
