β’ Identifying suitable methods to handle complex, high-volume data, deriving insights through analysis and modeling, assessing business challenges, and enhancing our analytical speed-to-insight.
β’ Conducting data mining and analyzing both structured and unstructured data related to claims, policy, and payment activities to address complex business issues using advanced methodologies and leveraging state-of-the-art technology.
β’ Emphasizing automation and employing technology to deliver repeatable reporting solutions, fostering a self-service culture among business partners.
β’ Establishing a robust network of peers and mentors.
β’ Participating in on-site technical and professional development training sessions.
β’ Showcasing achievements to leadership throughout the organization.
β’ Engaging in sponsored community service initiatives.
β’ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, data science, statistics, operations research, or another analytical or technical field.
β’ Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
β’ Strong analytical skills along with effective verbal and written communication abilities for non-technical audiences.
β’ Experience with Rational Database Management System (RDBMS) technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Greenplum, Oracle).
β’ Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
β’ A commitment to problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and a focus on customer experience.
β’ Results-driven, self-starter, with the ability to exhibit a sense of urgency and accountability in addressing business challenges.
