This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee and uphold a thorough user tagging system to facilitate personalized services and risk management initiatives.
• Examine user behavior data to create precise, dynamic, and actionable user profiles.
• Conduct data mining, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis to derive significant insights from extensive datasets.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Risk, Marketing, and Technology, to enhance user segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Assess and monitor the effectiveness of user tags and profiles, consistently enhancing data quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Assist in implementing data-driven decision-making processes throughout the organization.
• Detect patterns, anomalies, and emerging trends in user behavior to foster business growth and mitigate risks.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of data methodologies, profiling frameworks, and analytical processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, user profiling, customer segmentation, or similar fields.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, user behavior analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with big data platforms and associated tools is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of user tagging methodologies and user journey mapping.
• Knowledge of black-market ecosystems and operational models related to bonus abuse, promotion abuse, or fraudulent studio groups is highly desirable; practical experience in identifying and addressing such activities is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application to user data is beneficial.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, international team setting.
• Detail-oriented, with a keen sense of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Experience with AI technologies and their practical applications is a plus.
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• Background in internet platforms, fintech, risk control, growth analytics, or anti-fraud domains.
• Understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and user lifecycle analysis.
• Experience handling large-scale behavioral datasets and real-time analytics scenarios.
