Data Analyst, Product

📋 Description

• Function as a full-stack data analyst within the Pro team, taking complete ownership of your domain while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the pod.

• Take charge of the design and progression of dashboards, north star metrics, and analytical frameworks that inform decisions at the highest levels of the business.

• Develop and sustain data infrastructure at scale, including scalable dbt models, production pipelines, and comprehensive reporting that supports cross-functional teams.

• Spearhead experimentation within the Product domain by creating and managing A/B testing frameworks, utilizing causal inference techniques, and converting results into clear, actionable recommendations that shape product strategy.

• Impact the technical direction of the data team, contributing to our development practices, prioritization, and enhancing data quality and engineering standards.

• Integrate AI tools into your workflow in ways that yield measurable business results, encompassing LLM-augmented pipelines and GenAI-assisted analytics workflows.

• Present insights through effective, data-driven storytelling to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering, preferably within fintech, payments, financial markets, or crypto, where data quality and scalability are paramount.

• Practical experience with advanced trading products and solutions in equities, crypto, or other asset classes.

• Direct experience in constructing and maintaining production data pipelines, with strong knowledge of dbt and Airflow or similar orchestration tools.

• Proficient in SQL, encompassing complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions, along with strong Python skills for pipeline development and analysis.

• Proven experience in designing and executing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks, with the capability to apply causal inference techniques and translate results into clear growth strategies.

• Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional data initiatives from conception to execution, with measurable business impacts to showcase.

• A degree in a discipline that emphasizes analytical rigor, such as software engineering, economics, or a hard science.

• Proficiency in English.
