This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Construct and implement the company's business intelligence and reporting framework.
• Create and uphold regular weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for both internal leadership and external clients.
• Aggregate and analyze data from various systems, spreadsheets, databases, and operational platforms.
• Convert intricate datasets into straightforward narratives that drive action and business results.
• Recognize trends, patterns, gaps, forecasting opportunities, and performance drivers across the organization.
• Design and sustain executive dashboards and visual reporting utilizing Power BI.
• Develop engaging visual presentations and data storytelling tools for client-facing and leadership meetings.
• Create KPI scorecards and frameworks for performance measurement.
• Standardize reporting methodologies and best practices for visualization.
• Collaborate with Operations to oversee delivery performance and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist Finance with financial reporting, forecasting, productivity analytics, and metrics of business performance.
• Work with Marketing to evaluate campaign performance, pipeline trends, and potential growth opportunities.
• Support Talent Acquisition with analytics on recruiting, workforce planning, sourcing effectiveness, and staffing metrics.
• Act as a reliable advisor to leadership by offering recommendations backed by data.
• Establish standards for reporting, documentation, and processes related to data integrity.
• Enhance data quality and automate manual reporting processes wherever feasible.
• Suggest tools, workflows, and technologies to advance the analytics function.
• Develop scalable reporting solutions to facilitate company growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX calculations, interactive reporting, and executive visualization.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, data modeling, and automation.
• Experience in integrating and analyzing multiple data sources.
• Proven ability to communicate findings effectively to executive leadership and clients.
• Strong skills in business storytelling and presentations.
