Data Analyst, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Discover new business opportunities by examining user behavior trends and the effectiveness of systems and features.

• Spearhead quantitative investigations into issues alongside the business team, verifying their occurrence and supplying information to aid in prioritization and resolution.

• Assist business teams in delineating KPIs, automating their calculation and visualization, overseeing the monitoring and comprehension of these metrics, and taking into account the suitable dimensions for analyzing each indicator.

• Gather and assess market, trend, and competitor data to inform business team decisions.

• Create a testing and experimentation framework for the department.

• Organize and advocate for the data foundation, allowing business areas to access information independently and securely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis and KPI management within the digital market.

• Strong analytical background.

• Proficient SQL skills and experience in developing data extraction solutions.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Understanding of Python and/or R.

• Knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing.

• Enthusiasm for Machine Learning, encompassing both supervised and unsupervised models.

• Completed bachelor’s degree.
