This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Offers business intelligence assistance to diverse departmental leaders
• Utilizes statistical methodologies and quantitative approaches for data analysis
• Creates scorecards, conducts benchmarking studies, or performs integrated ad hoc analyses
• Oversees and supports analytic design, data gathering, and measurement reporting
• Cultivates analytical and statistical expertise to investigate and provide recommendations
• Prepares and modifies data for the generation of reports or statistical evaluations
• Tracks the performance of key performance indicators and spots areas for improvement
• Master's degree in Health Science, Epidemiology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3-5 years of pertinent operational, technical, healthcare, or clinical data analytics experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication as well as presentation abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experienced in handling data as a programmer
• Skilled in statistical or analytical software systems like SAS, R, SPSS
• Familiarity with relational databases and common programming languages (SQL or Python)
• Background in various data reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Business Objects)
