Data Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of analytics for one or more business domains from problem definition to recommendations delivery.

• Transform vague business inquiries into structured analyses with minimal guidance.

• Develop and refine SQL queries to extract, cleanse, and analyze data from various sources.

• Utilize statistical methodologies and tools such as SQL, Excel, R, and Python to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Create and uphold KPI frameworks, dashboards, and visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and customer success teams to define data requirements and influence results.

• Identify and implement enhancements to data gathering and analytical processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a comparable position.

• Strong SQL skills; capable of independently writing and troubleshooting queries (required).

• Expertise in Excel and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities independently without close supervision.

• Skill in translating complex data into actionable recommendations suitable for stakeholders.

• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Proficiency in Zoho Analytics is highly preferred.
