Data Analyst – Field Collection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of datasets and reports related to data collection.

• Monitor and investigate any discrepancies in data, identify their root causes, and implement necessary fixes.

• Address and resolve data-related requests and issues from internal stakeholders, including the collections team and operations.

• Maintain and enhance existing data pipelines, queries, and dashboards.

• Conduct regular validation and reconciliation checks of data.

• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to resolve systemic data challenges.

• Document definitions, processes, and known data issues.

• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance data quality and improve reporting efficiency.

• Strong expertise in SQL.

• Experience in working with large datasets and conducting data validation processes.

• Solid grasp of data quality principles and best practices.

• Analytical mindset paired with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to investigate issues thoroughly and identify root causes.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

• Experience in the fintech, lending, or collections domain is advantageous.
