Data Analyst – Clearance Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Army logistics enterprise systems through SAP functional assistance, data analysis, and initiatives aimed at improving business processes.

• Perform research and analysis to assess enterprise data, business processes, system performance, and operational trends.

• Gather, consolidate, validate, and analyze information from various enterprise data sources to facilitate executive decision-making and program recommendations.

• Create executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and analytical products that support Army logistics initiatives.

• Enhance SAP-enabled business processes by identifying data quality challenges, analyzing system performance, and proposing process enhancements.

• Coordinate activities and recommendations across various Army organizations and stakeholders to enhance enterprise data management and operational efficiency.

• Oversee project activities, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely completion.

• Lead meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.

• Translate complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that enhance data quality, business processes, and mission performance.

• Create performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to provide leadership visibility and support informed decision-making.

• Assist with enterprise data governance, reporting initiatives, system modernization, and integration activities as required.

• Participate in business development efforts, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as necessary.

• Carry out additional consulting, analytical, and project support tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of ten years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, SAP, enterprise resource planning systems, DoD, or other complex government organizations.

• Experience in supporting SAP-enabled business processes, enterprise data analysis, system support, or business intelligence initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.

• Proven ability to collect, analyze, validate, and synthesize information from multiple enterprise data sources into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and effectively work within cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
