Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Extract, clean, and structure data from various sources to ensure integrity and usability.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI and MS Excel to meet business and client reporting requirements.

• Execute basic SQL queries and employ Python scripts for automating data processing or conducting simple analyses.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including marketing strategy, product development, and data science—to provide analytical insights.

• Analyze data trends and convey findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

• Assist in generating data documentation, tracking metrics, and creating performance dashboards.

• Promote ongoing enhancement of reporting processes through automation and standardization.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a business intelligence capacity.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering).

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation).

• Significant practical experience in building dashboards using Power BI.

• Basic to moderate proficiency in SQL (including joins, filters, and aggregations) and Python (for data cleaning and simple analytics).

• Strong understanding of best practices in data visualization and principles of data accuracy.

• Capability to convert raw data into actionable insights.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.

• High attention to detail with a proactive and results-driven approach.

• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
