Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and quasi-experiments to guide marketing and growth strategies.

• Create and maintain dependable dashboards and data models in Looker to facilitate self-service analytics throughout the organization.

• Investigate customer behavior in areas such as acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifecycle performance utilizing data from Snowflake, Amplitude, and other sources.

• Examine shifts in growth, conversion, and commercial performance to pinpoint factors driving impact.

• Collaborate closely with Marketers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to define business inquiries, select appropriate analytical methods, and present results effectively.

• Present insights in a clear, visual format to enable stakeholders to act promptly and confidently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within marketing, growth, product, e-commerce, or a related business setting.

• Proficiency in SQL, including table joins, aggregations, and crafting efficient queries.

• Familiarity with BI/data visualization tools (Looker is preferred, but other similar tools are acceptable).

• Practical experience working with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake or equivalent).

• Hands-on experience with experimentation (A/B testing and/or quasi-experimental techniques), in areas such as design, analysis, or interpretation of tests.

• Strong communication skills – able to convey complex ideas in a straightforward, visual, and organized manner.

• Comfortable communicating in English within a distributed team environment.
