This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with our team to explore intricate business challenges utilizing a mix of structured and unstructured datasets alongside analytical tools.
• Identify, gather, scrape, store, preprocess, manipulate, merge, model, and analyze substantial datasets from various internal and external sources.
• Create scalable analytical workflows and automate processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and the speed of insight delivery.
• Employ Python and contemporary AI-assisted workflows to quickly prototype analyses.
• Detect significant trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities within healthcare and marketing datasets.
• Convert complex analyses into clear, narrative-driven insights and data visualizations designed for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with strategists, creative teams, account managers, engagement managers, fellow analysts, and leadership teams.
• Function with a sense of ownership, curiosity, and accountability.
• Over 2 years of experience in analytics, statistical modeling, data strategy, marketing analytics, healthcare analytics, consulting analytics, or other related quantitative domains.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with database and cloud platforms for effective data management (SQL, AWS).
• Experience in handling large and diverse datasets.
• Background in developing scalable analytical workflows and automating repetitive processes.
• Knowledge of search, social, longitudinal, geographic, digital behavior, media, web traffic, NLP datasets, and relational databases.
• Preferred experience with healthcare and pharmaceutical data, including claims, patient-level, referral, Salesforce notes, syndicated, promotional, market research, web visit, and email data.
• Expertise in statistical modeling such as marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution.
• Experience in customer segmentation and clustering.
• Skills in forecasting and trend analysis.
• Proficiency in geographic analysis.
• Capabilities in behavioral analysis.
• Knowledge of predictive analysis.
• Ability to size opportunities.
• Skill in triangulating data sources.
• Capacity to distill complex findings into succinct, pertinent insights that drive substantial growth.
