This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Conduct manual data cleansing tasks in accordance with specified survivorship logic and data quality guidelines.
• Detect and rectify duplicate entries across various datasets and systems.
• Normalize names, addresses, and required data fields in line with established protocols.
• Manage data from Excel spreadsheets and local databases associated with “Shadow IT” environments.
• Organize, structure, and ready legacy or fragmented data for migration efforts.
• Carry out cross-system reconciliation among different platforms and datasets.
• Analyze CRM exports, SAP lists, and other data sources to spot inconsistencies and data variations.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with accuracy and consistency.
• Adhere to global documentation and guidelines provided in English.
• Extensive experience in manual data cleansing and data quality initiatives.
• Proficiency in managing data from diverse sources, including Excel files and local databases.
• Capability to perform cross-system reconciliation and discrepancy assessments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Competence in following SOPs and established processes meticulously.
• Proficient English communication and comprehension abilities.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured datasets.
• Practical experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or SAP.
• Basic SQL skills for data extraction and querying purposes.
• Knowledge of scripting or experience with automation.
• Familiarity with Data Quality (DQ) tools and fuzzy-matching techniques.
• Experience with AI-driven data inference tools.
• Prior experience collaborating with external data providers such as IQVIA or OneKey.
