Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Utilize Doximity's comprehensive datasets to identify and categorize behavioral trends of medical professionals utilizing our platform.

• Take an essential role in developing both product analytics and client-facing analytics.

• Shape data team strategy by collaborating with product leaders and managers, actively participating in the execution and planning of the organizational data team strategy.

• Work in conjunction with a team of product managers, analysts, and other developers to define and lead data projects encompassing data ingestion, analysis, and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a data analyst or data scientist.

• Understanding of statistical concepts, particularly exploratory data analysis techniques and probability theory.

• Strong SQL skills for creating and evaluating complex statements involving multiple tables and data relationships.

• Exceptional visualization and storytelling abilities to effectively communicate results and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.

• Proficient in Python data analysis libraries such as Pandas and Numpy, with a foundational understanding of object-oriented programming concepts as they apply to Python.

• Prior experience with distributed data processing concepts and execution, such as working with column stores and utilizing Spark.

• Quick learner with a genuine curiosity and passion for data.
