This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to comprehend their business requirements, establish research objectives, pinpoint data sources, and formulate analysis strategies.

• Utilize critical thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities to proactively identify and create solutions for clients’ business challenges.

• Perform exploratory data analysis using extensive client data sources, and prepare briefings and reports to convey key insights to colleagues and clients.

• Collaborate with teams of data scientists to construct pipelines for data engineering and machine learning.

• Partner with software development teams to create tools for data visualization and analysis.

• Generate recommendations based on completed research and analysis and present these insights to clients.

• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex analytical concepts to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.

• Assume responsibility for tasks and deliver high-quality work products with minimal oversight.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of professional experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with data structures, essential statistical concepts, and analytical methodologies.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and presenting data-driven findings and recommendations.

• Public Trust Clearance is mandatory.

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.

• Must be capable of passing a background check.

• Additional background checks may be required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

• Minimum Skills: Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

• Experience with structured databases and query languages (e.g., PL/SQL, Postgres, MySQL).

• Familiarity with statistical programming languages such as SAS, R, or Stata is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Strong collaboration abilities and capacity to thrive in a team environment.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable of synthesizing information from client and team requirements into tangible, actionable work products and/or analytical plans.

• Strong client and team interaction capabilities.

• A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
