Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis tasks of varying complexity, encompassing requirements clarification and the presentation of results tailored to specific audiences.

• Actively contribute innovative ideas and utilize a variety of analysis and visualization techniques.

• Integrate data-driven work practices within Campact.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish measurable goals and success criteria.

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports.

• Continuously enhance data models and reports.

• Deliver comprehensive documentation and targeted automation to ensure a dependable knowledge and working foundation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in related fields.

• Proficient in SQL and Python.

• Experience working with databases, specifically cloud data warehouses.

• Familiarity with a business intelligence tool, particularly for data visualization (Metabase).

• Ability to convey technical content in an accessible manner; proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level.

• Willingness to share knowledge with team members.

• Openness to exploring new technologies and tools.

• Initial experience in NGOs or engagement in political or volunteer activities.
