This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Overseeing master data, which includes the creation, modification, and removal of information.
• Administering user accounts and their respective roles.
• Ensuring the quality of imported data, collaborating with quality assurance analysts when necessary.
• Initiating and phasing out data sets.
• Handling confidential information in accordance with established guidelines.
• Assisting in the development of reports and analytical insights.
• Managing and designing the reporting framework, which encompasses data sources, security measures, and metadata.
• Aiding the data warehouse in recognizing and revising reporting needs.
• Supporting initiatives aimed at maintaining data integrity and normalization.
• Evaluating tests and implementing new or upgraded software while contributing to strategic decisions regarding new systems.
• Producing reports from one or multiple systems.
• Diagnosing issues within the reporting database environment and associated reports.
• Assessing modifications and updates to source production systems.
• Training end-users on newly developed reports and dashboards.
• Offering technical expertise in data storage architectures, data mining techniques, and data cleansing practices.

• **YOU HAVE… **
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, BI reporting, or operational data support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Sigma as the primary business intelligence tool.
• Experience in dashboard maintenance and operational analytics.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM data.
• Experience in analyzing marketing campaign performance data.
• Ability to work with Google Ads and display advertising datasets.
• Exposure to Snowflake data warehouse environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing automation or customer engagement data platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of data integration or pipeline-support workflows is preferred.
• Comfortable operating within established data systems and collaborating with technical owners for deeper engineering tasks.
• Ability to convey business requirements in simple, non-technical terms.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
