This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Take ownership of the vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for Data & AI products and capabilities throughout the group.

• Convert business requirements into precise product specifications, technical scope, and implementation priorities.

• Recognize use cases that can be developed once and reused across various portfolio companies and functions.

• Design and oversee a portfolio of reusable AI microservices that are accessible to all members of the CERTANIA group.

• Collaborate with the API and data platform layer as the integration and intelligence foundation of the CERTANIA ecosystem.

• Identify and organize high-value AI opportunities that have clear business significance.

• Examine Langdock usage across CERTANIA to uncover recurring patterns, common use cases, and adoption trends.

• Foster stakeholder alignment and navigate the organizational impact of data and AI initiatives.

• Create high-quality management presentations, business cases, and decision-making materials.

• Several years of experience in product ownership, data, analytics, AI, or digital platform delivery.

• Strong technical proficiency in modern data platforms, preferably Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar.

• Comprehensive understanding of data structures, data engineering principles, APIs, and platform architecture.

• Extensive expertise in AI Skills and utilizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for smooth LLM integration.

• Demonstrated experience in AI business transformation, implementation, and scaling into operational usage.

• Strong capabilities in change management and stakeholder management.

• Experience with workflow automation and encouraging end-user adoption of digital tools.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the ability to create executive-level materials.

• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in a complex, international setting.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
