Data & AI Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Data & AI initiatives, encompassing planning, execution, and governance.

• Cultivate relationships with executives and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on desired outcomes.

• Convert technical solutions into tangible business value and strategic direction.

• Manage program governance, including scope, risks, and dependencies.

• Supervise Microsoft Fabric implementations and the modernization of data platforms.

• Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, and AI.

• Organize executive steering committees and decision-making forums.

• Formulate strategies for adoption and change management.

• Track delivery performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

• Assist in business development and client engagement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing Data & AI programs.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Fabric.

• Over 5 years of experience with Azure Data Services.

• More than 8 years of experience in managing stakeholder relationships.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in modernizing data platforms.

• At least 5 years of experience in Agile delivery methodologies.

• Over 5 years of experience in governance and risk management.

• Consultative experience in AI/ML Enablement, with 3+ years preferred.

• Preferred certifications in Azure, Fabric, PMP, and Scrum Master.
