Data & AI Change Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Lead change management activities and initiatives in collaboration with the leadership of Raytheon DT organization.

• Articulate goals in alignment with organizational objectives.

• Align change management advice and consultancy resources with the needs of the organization.

• Enhance change capability and maturity by providing training, communication, and fostering change advocacy across the broader organization.

• Develop a change management strategy for enterprise-level initiatives, applying a structured methodology that includes leading change management activities, assessing change impact, user readiness, and communication strategies.

• Perform impact analysis with key stakeholders and implement a plan to address organizational and business readiness.

• Define, measure, and report on success metrics and change initiatives.

• Provide support and engage senior leaders as change sponsors during large-scale change efforts.

• Ensure alignment with stakeholders and teams regarding methodologies and activities.

• Offer mentoring, coaching, and constructive feedback.

• Disseminate best practices and lessons learned.

• Accountable for the success of all assigned change management deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide changes resulting from modifications in Digital Technology, Data Platforms/Products, Data Analytics, AI Solutions, IT infrastructure, Applications, or Governance changes.

• Familiarity with large-scale enterprise change adoption affecting personnel, along with a comprehensive understanding of the change lifecycle and how individuals adapt to change.

• Experience in creating actionable deliverables for the five key change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
