Data & AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct data analysis and transformation utilizing SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau to address business inquiries, recognize trends, generate insights, and facilitate decision-making.

• Design and sustain dashboards, reporting tools, KPIs, and analytical solutions.

• Implement data visualization, ensure data quality, and apply data storytelling techniques.

• Utilize AI-enhanced tools and vibe coding resources such as Claude Code and Google AI Studio to expedite analysis, reporting, development, and automation.

• Improve dashboards, reporting processes, and analytical tools through AI-driven automation.

• Convert business questions into data, analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

• Effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Identify areas for enhancing revenue, operational efficiency, quality, and decision-making processes.

• Investigate emerging technologies and their practical business applications.

• Link business challenges, data, analysis, solutions, and measurable business outcomes.

• Report directly to the Director of Data.

• Operate independently without direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Over 4 years of practical SQL experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence.

• Proficient experience with Tableau and BigQuery.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Familiarity with Vibe Coding, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or comparable AI development tools to enhance analysis, development, research, and automation.

• Capability to interpret vague business requirements into effective analytical and technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation tasks.

• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.

• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience working with Tableau.

• Preferred: Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, MCP, LLM APIs, or AI-driven automation.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery or GCP APIs.

• Preferred: Experience in developing semantic layers, analytical data models, metrics frameworks, or governed datasets.

• Preferred: Anthropic Claude Certified Developer — Foundations (CCDV-F) or equivalent hands-on AI development experience.

• Strong enthusiasm for AI-assisted development, vibe coding, and emerging agentic technologies.
