This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with government agencies through email, phone, fax, and postal services.
• Supervise account management activities, ensuring that all interactions and processes are accurately documented in the company's CRM system.
• Understand and adhere to public records laws while obtaining necessary information.
• Submit and monitor public records requests directed to government entities.
• Evaluate and analyze incoming data files for quality, relevance, and usability.
• Handle a multi-state territory, including areas with restrictions on public records use.
• Advocate for SmartProcure among government agencies, enhancing brand recognition and fostering relationships.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to achieve organizational goals.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in CRM account management.
• Strong experience in data entry and analysis.
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in computer navigation and Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong professional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Self-driven, capable of working independently.
• Previous experience with public records requests is an advantage.
