DAS Technician – National Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a national installation team to deploy Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) in various venues throughout the U.S.

• Adhere to the guidance of Field Managers and Lead Technicians regarding installation and testing tasks.

• Install and terminate coaxial and fiber optic cabling, along with antennas and associated equipment.

• Manage the transportation of materials and ensure the organization of tools and job supplies.

• Execute coax cable terminations and assist with fiber optic splicing and testing activities.

• Provide support for PIM and sweep testing, and compile data for project closeout documentation.

• Record site inspections, aid in project reporting, and uphold high-quality workmanship on all installations.

• Mentor and lead Technicians and Apprentices as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Willingness and ability to travel 100% nationally (travel accommodations provided by CTS).

• Clean driving record and capability to pass a background check.

• Physically fit to carry tools, materials, and ladders; climb ladders; lift up to 50 lbs; and work in diverse environments.

• Basic knowledge of DAS, coax/fiber systems, and testing equipment is preferred (training will be provided).

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a traveling team.
