• Solve & Support: Efficiently navigate multiple browser tabs and virtual desktop interfaces (VDI) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Escalate: Recognize complex issues and collaborate with internal teams for effective resolution.
• Fluency: Native or near-native command of the Danish language (C1+).
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a role that involves client interaction.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in PC navigation (handling multiple tabs, VDI, etc.) and possess a genuine interest in technology.
• Communication: Maintain a professional, helpful, and personable approach to customer support.
