Danish – English OPI/VRI Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of ethics.

• Enable communication between non-English speakers and English speakers during calls.

• Provide specialized services across various fields and industries, ensuring clarity throughout the conversation.

• Operate efficiently in a remote environment while meeting technical requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Possess familiarity with the specific terminology related to the industry, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.

• Accurately convey all messages in full, without alteration, omission, or addition.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpretation process.

• Facilitate communication between clients with Limited English Proficiency and the service provider by ensuring precise and complete interpretations.

• Adhere to established standards of practice.

• Participate in internal professional development training.

• Demonstrate a willingness to pursue new professional certifications.

• Follow dress code policies for video remote interpreting.
