Damage and Repair Specialist, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, question, or authorize repair estimates for our fleet of vehicles.

• Digitally manage incoming invoices utilizing our internal invoice management systems.

• Engage with suppliers and internal departments to enhance fleet availability.

• Assist in monitoring invoice volumes in collaboration with Damage Management and Accounts Payable.

• Participate in ongoing departmental projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in damage or claims administration.

• Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written, with a professional level of English.

• Attention to detail, precision, and a preference for structured tasks.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
