This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire comprehensive knowledge of all facets of our operations, including technical, clinical, and sales aspects.

• The individual will undergo training to become a technical and sales expert in da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties, aimed at developing surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• In the initial year of employment, the CTA will concentrate on the technical and clinical components of the role, transitioning to a focus on sales in the second year.

• The CTA will have the chance to enhance a specific region's productivity by optimizing the use of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems through leading product demonstrations, in-services, and sales initiatives.

• Case Support - Serve as a resource for the surgical team by offering guidance, insights, and training on the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Product Demonstrations/In-Services - Conduct all technical in-services for clients, including OR staff, surgeons, and others.

• Selling Activities - Assist in achieving the Clinical Sales Manager team's quarterly sales targets by influencing customer behavior through product demonstrations, in-services, OR selling activities, and customer support training.

• Customer Support - Under the guidance of the local sales management team, aid in coordinating regional sales and marketing development events that enhance system awareness and procedure adoption through product demonstrations, in-services, and selling activities.

• Administrative Duties - Efficiently manage administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, and completion of assigned ISU online modules using company-required software systems.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or several years of pertinent professional experience.

• Proficiency in both English and German is mandatory.

• Strong ambition and work ethic are essential.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• A degree in sales is advantageous.
