D365 Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide support for D365 F&O and POS applications while addressing any challenges that may arise.

• Assist with business operations, including BAU (Business as Usual) and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Create solutions within F&O and POS environments.

• Manage applications using LCS, Azure DevOps, Azure, and within F&O.

• Oversee deployment management through Azure DevOps and LCS.

• Execute version upgrades and deployments, aiding in the management of their technical components.

• Offer technical assistance and engage in design reviews as part of the solution design process.

• Collaborate with other technical teams, including Integrations and Reporting & Analytics.

• Design and develop modifications or extensions for D365 F&O and POS, adhering to best practices standards.

• Conduct coding, unit testing, and create necessary supporting documentation.

• Understand business needs and collaborate with implementation team members to finalize design and testing documentation.

• Configure D365 F&O for retail and commerce functionalities.

• Provide technical insights for creating functional specifications and technical design specifications for modifications or extensions.

• Deliver technical support for data migration and integration processes.

• Share expertise in development technologies and environments.

• Possess Software Development Lifecycle expertise, managing environments, building release packages, deploying, scheduling production deployments, and assisting with deployment-related queries and performance tasks.

• Render essential technical support for the production system (BAU), raising support cases with Microsoft via LCS or through our D365 Business Partner (vendor), while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain Azure DevOps Pipelines related to D365 F&O and POS, as well as non-production environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience with Dynamics AX, D365 F&O, including POS, with a track record of delivering end-to-end implementations.

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in an industry or functional area such as Online, Retail, Finance, or Supply Chain.

• Strong proficiency in X++, Morph X, C#, and T-SQL.

• Solid experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, Azure, and AWS.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Sure Step implementation methodology.

• A preferred bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

• Possession of Microsoft Certifications.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
