This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engages in all facets of the solution implementation process, from analyzing customer business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to fulfill customer needs.
• Works collaboratively with stakeholders to collect detailed requirements that align with business objectives, comprehend existing processes, and pinpoint areas for enhancement throughout the supply chain.
• Offers extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics applications and assesses customer processes against standard functionalities.
• Adheres to implementation methodologies, recognizing key activities and deliverables for client engagements while utilizing standard templates to enhance documentation quality.
• Employs Microsoft technology and the ALM stack (LCS, BPM, Azure DevOps, Task Guides, Power Platform, Office 365, etc.).
• Aids in the ongoing improvement of delivery practices.
• Clearly documents business requirements, defining anticipated outcomes and system behaviors.
• Configures and customizes Microsoft Dynamics solutions to facilitate supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory management, production, planning, warehousing, and transportation.
• Guides decision-making when customizations are necessary and develops functional design documents to steer development.
• Oversees testing efforts including CRPs, Program Increments (PIs), and UAT, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements.
• Conducts training sessions for customer resources to ensure successful adoption and ongoing utilization of the system.
• Provides structured post-go-live support, resolving issues and managing cases in accordance with SLA.
• Contributes to the knowledge base, enhances methodology, and provides thought leadership through documentation and content creation.
• Utilizes industry expertise to identify risks and challenges associated with supply chain implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent consulting engagements and achieve successful results.
• Experience in implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions (procurement, inventory, manufacturing, planning, logistics, and distribution).
• Proficient with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SC).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, order management, production, and distribution.
• Experience in leading client SMEs and junior consultants.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to take initiative and drive results.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
