D365 Stabilization Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily support for Kinaxis systems, which includes troubleshooting user issues, rectifying data errors, and escalating system concerns as necessary.

• Assist with maintenance tasks for the Kinaxis system, including testing and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.

• Collect business requirements and aid in the creation of business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional specifications for system enhancements and operational enhancements.

• Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation for new system features and integrations.

• Provide training to end users on newly implemented functionalities, system updates, and standard processes to facilitate adoption and effective usage of the system.

• Aid in ensuring data accuracy and manage master data across planning and inventory systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, logistics, customer service, and inventory, to support operational processes and system utilization.

• Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user manuals to promote consistent working practices.

• Oversee system performance and assist in identifying opportunities for process enhancements and automation.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, scorecards, and dashboards.

• Provide ongoing education and training for users on best practices and effective working methods within Kinaxis.

• Assist with system integration and oversee the data flow between Kinaxis, Datalake, and D365.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in a Supply Chain/Ops related role.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience within Kinaxis as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or in Technical Support.

• Extensive knowledge of Kinaxis with a focus on Supply Planning functionality.

• Advanced comprehension of planning parameters and their impact on the planning model.

• Experience in planning Supply Plans concerning Inventory with Expiry.

• Strong background in User Training and Documentation.

• Proficient in Advanced Excel Data analysis.

• Experience in coaching and developing managers and technical SMEs within a Center of Excellence framework.
