D365 F&O L3 Functional Support Analyst, SCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the ultimate functional authority for intricate D365 F&O Supply Chain Management incidents, problems, and service requests.

• Conduct thorough root-cause analyses on significant business process disruptions and work alongside technical teams to implement lasting solutions.

• Offer expert advice, technical coaching, and updated documentation to empower Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of core application areas, particularly in Supply Chain Management, including Manufacturing, Order Management, and Advanced Warehousing.

• Ensure that all supported solutions are in strict compliance with standard D365 functionality, emphasizing system configuration rather than extensive customization.

• Evaluate the functional implications of proposed system modifications and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of practical experience in implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Supply Chain Management.

• A proven history of working in a production support or Level 3 managed services setting.

• Direct experience in supporting multi-legal entity, multi-country deployments within high-volume transactional settings.

• Profound knowledge of end-to-end supply chain business processes, system parameters, configurations, and Azure DevOps (or similar ALM tools).

• You must possess the following Microsoft certifications:

• - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330)

• - Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations (MB-300)

• Outstanding analytical troubleshooting abilities; a calm, systematic approach to high-pressure situations; and a collaborative, mentoring attitude.
