D365 BC Functional Consultant – Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, covering discovery, design, planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate directly with clients to grasp user and system requirements, identifying necessary enhancements or customizations.

• Document business processes, requirements, and functional specifications thoroughly.

• Configure and deploy Business Central applications within customer environments.

• Manage client expectations, guide the project team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Provide functional support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Work in tandem with developers on solution design, development, and testing activities.

• Conduct functional testing and validate the solutions delivered.

• Prepare user documentation and assist users during training and the go-live phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

• Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Hands-on understanding of manufacturing work centers versus machine centers, routings, capacity, shifts, production orders, manufacturing flow, and planning worksheets (MRP/MSP concepts).

• Advanced knowledge of warehousing, including bins, picks, put-aways, movements, inventory flows, and drop shipments.

• Experience in end-to-end implementation processes.

• Familiarity with Insight Works.

• Proven experience working directly with clients in a consulting or implementation context.

• Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into functional requirements.

• Experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Previous experience with Dynamics NAV is a plus.

• Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.
