• Create and evaluate various advertorial concepts from multiple perspectives
• Develop organized, hypothesis-driven A/B testing strategies
• Establish clear testing priorities, success metrics, and learning objectives
• Assess performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and determine subsequent actions based on data analysis
• Map comprehensive customer journeys and identify points of drop-off
• Work collaboratively with media buyers and creative teams
• Facilitate structured brainstorming sessions to generate new angles and concepts
• Clearly present insights and strategies during client-facing discussions
• 1–3+ years of experience in D2C / e-commerce performance marketing
• Practical experience with Google Ads (Search & funnel-driven campaigns)
• Significant experience in writing and testing advertorials for paid traffic
• Native-level proficiency in German (essential for copywriting)
• Data-driven approach: you leverage metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS to inform decisions
• Familiarity with A/B testing and structured experimentation methodologies
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into your workflow
