This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring a clear alignment with business objectives and measurable advancement over time.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative analyses to pinpoint growth opportunities, support the development of business cases (including for cross-functional stakeholders), and prioritize initiatives to expand the D2C channel on a global scale.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to facilitate in-depth analysis, standardize reporting processes, and guarantee data accuracy.
• Track and report on key KPIs, emphasizing performance trends, execution gaps, and actionable insights to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance and Risk teams to develop financial forecasts used to assess and actively manage channel performance and determine budget allocations.
• Conduct strategic research, competitive benchmarking, and reveal customer insights (including surveys, analysis of digital behavioral data, etc.) to enhance decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in preparing materials for internal business reviews, planning cycles, and updates for leadership.
• Previous experience in strategy, consulting, growth, or business operations roles.
• Analytical capabilities with a data-driven mindset - able to quantitatively diagnose root causes and use data to formulate recommendations. Proficient Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential. SQL skills are highly preferred. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Hex) is advantageous.
• Basic to intermediate financial modeling skills are preferred.
• Highly organized - capable of managing multiple workstreams with various stakeholders concurrently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in PowerPoint is essential).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and foster alignment across teams.
