📋 Description

• Professionally answer calls while adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, ensuring no additions, omissions, or substitutions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and complete interpretations of messages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional interpreters who possess knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology.

• Completion of internal professional training is mandatory.

• Adherence to dress code standards for video remote interpreting is required.

• A dedicated high-speed, private, and secure internet connection is essential, with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
