This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create authentic, expert-level cybersecurity prompts that cover domains such as application security, network security, cloud infrastructure, vulnerability management, and secure software development.
• Analyze AI-generated outputs for their technical accuracy, completeness, and practical applicability.
• Evaluate how models address sensitive and dual-use cybersecurity scenarios, ensuring that responses are responsible and in line with project guidelines.
• Utilize structured evaluation rubrics to annotate prompts and model outputs with accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver clear, actionable feedback aimed at enhancing the performance, safety, and reliability of cutting-edge AI systems.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a closely related technical field.
• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience within a high-growth startup or a well-established technology company.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, modern software systems, and secure development methodologies.
• Strong technical reasoning coupled with excellent written communication skills in English.
• Good judgment when engaging with sensitive or dual-use security topics.
• Ability to adhere to detailed guidelines while delivering evaluations of high quality and consistency.
• Preferred: Experience in offensive security, penetration testing, vulnerability research, security engineering, or related fields.
• Previous involvement in evaluating, reviewing, benchmarking, or red-teaming technical or AI-generated content.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, model assessment, or human-in-the-loop data annotation processes.
• Contract, project-based position.
