Cyber Security GTM Leader

📋 Description

• Lead the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for the Cybersecurity division at Databricks.

• Play an essential role in boosting cyber revenue growth by creating scalable resources for the field, designing enablement initiatives, and fostering key partnerships.

• Establish a clear GTM vision for Cybersecurity, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and concentrate on executing scalable sales programs.

• Develop a comprehensive business plan for Cybersecurity that ensures alignment among sales, industry vertical leaders, enablement, partner management, marketing, field engineering, sales programs, and other critical stakeholders.

• Discover and nurture new AI-driven applications of the Databricks platform.

• Identify operational deficiencies in the Cybersecurity GTM strategy, utilize data to quantify business opportunities, and implement improvement strategies.

• Enhance expertise throughout the GTM organization by means of enablement, creating repeatable resources, and clearly communicating a strategy and vision for Data and AI in Cybersecurity.

• Work alongside Partner teams to cultivate strategic alliances with Systems Integrators and develop joint sales initiatives.

• Partner with the marketing team to position Databricks as a thought leader within the industry.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience as a Cybersecurity executive within a prominent Cybersecurity software firm or consulting agency.

• Demonstrated skills in managing sales programs effectively.

• A proven track record of driving transformation for large organizations, with a deep understanding of the Cybersecurity decision-making process and the ability to influence it.

• A builder mindset and a history of leveraging AI to enhance and automate the GTM strategy.

• Strong customer-facing presence (CISO, IT, and Business Leaders) with the capability to develop executive relationships.

• In-depth knowledge of the Cybersecurity technical landscape, complemented by existing relationships within the industry.

• Humility, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and lead diverse teams.

• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and verbal/written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
